Graphene is absolutely amazing stuff, the lightest, strongest stuff we know of. It’s ultra-light, yet immensely tough , It’s 200 times stronger than steel, but it is incredibly flexible and It’s the thinnest material possible as well as being transparent. The idea of using graphene-oxide membranes for desalinization isn’t new but this is the first successful attempt to make it happen
